HPT’s season continues Feb. 5-17 at Gates Poker Room in Black Hawk, CO, the $1,650 Main Event running Feb. One weekend later is another $1,650 Main Event as HPT heads to Hollywood St. Louis for another return visit. The full series happens Feb. Heartland Poker Tour Since its inception in 2005, HPT has established itself as one of the premier poker tours in the country, holding events from coast to coast each year. To date, the tour has awarded more than $100 million in Main Event prize pool money to poker players far and wide. Kevin Garosshen told HPT Tournament Director Jeremy Smith after taking down the Heartland Poker Tour (HPT) Hollywood St. Louis $1,650 Main Event for $131,184 and a $3,500 Championship Package. The Heartland Poker Tour ended Season XV at Hollywood St. 14-26 with 14 hardware events, including an oversized gold chain for Event 1 and pro-wrestling-style belts for the tag-team tournament. The opening $350 event drew 912 entries and ended in an eight-way chop.
